Thanks to Andrew for directing me toward Helvetireader, a total UI makeover for Google Reader. The interface is gorgeous and clean, and it makes browsing and managing multiple feeds a hell of a lot easier. The red color is a nice touch, too. Follow Helvetireader on Twitter
